Pizza, Pizza!


It is possible to chow down on Italian dishes like the Jersey Shore kids without looking like Snooki. Just check out J-Woww.

In honor of the cast's trip to Italy for Season 4, I'm going to show you how to make a healthy pie, easy-peezy.

Perfect Body Pizza

Ingredients:


-Whole Wheat Tortilla
-Pizza/Pasta Sauce
-Fixings (veggies, chicken, etc.)
-Low Fat or Fat Free Cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Spray a tortilla with Pam and brown both sides in a skillet.


3. Put your sauce and your fixings on the tortilla. For this one I used artichokes, mushrooms, and spinach.


4. Top with cheese.


5. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes.

6. Serve to your favorite Guidos and Guidettes.



Total Calories: depends on what you use. This one was about 150. (80 cal tortilla)

  1. i made this minus the shrooms and added some real mozzarella ( more cals but some things are worth it!) and it was wicked good!!! spinach is just fantastic on everything if you ask me.
